Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Administrator to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and bookkeeping, with hands-on experience handling accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and job-related expenses. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial operations and strategic cash flow management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in integrating ServiceTitan with QuickBooks for improved financial tracking (highly preferred).
  • Monitor and track job-related expenses in a service-based industry.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
  • ServiceTitan experience (especially managing QuickBooks integration).
  • Experience handling AP, AR, and cash flow management.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage financial tasks proactively.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry.
