What would a Trainee - Recruiter learn during the internship?
Other than developing a thorough understanding of search, recruitment, selection, assessment, and how to build relationships with the applicants, how to search and select to recruit managers and Sr. executives for banks, financial institutions, and many more. They will also get to learn how to use HR software, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Data analytics, Candidate assessment,Training and development, compensation and benefits, interview training and development, HRIS,  how to write job descriptions, use various job boards, Application Tracking System, telephonic search and interview, and personal interviews. They will also learn a lot about how an HR business works.

Duration of Internship: 
  • 3 to 6 Months

About the Job :
Selected HR Trainee/Interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Source the required number of profiles to fulfill the vacancies, through different platforms.
  • Interacting with professionals on niche platforms, and social media.
  • Work on cold calling candidates, to meet the hiring requirements.
  • Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
  • Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
  • Measure and HR Analytics report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill.
  • Learn, manage and prioritise multiple searches for hiring projects.
  • Research and learn various domain and industry trends and understand the manpower requirements. 
  • Handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast-paced and structured environment adhering to the strict deadlines.
  • Perform search, screen, shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic or video interview of candidate sourced by the trainee

Good communication, Ability to deliver results and Target Driven recruitment environment
Should have good communication and convincing skills.

Joining Process
  1. Selected applicants will be offered a conditional offer letter, subject to completion of the assignments during the training.
  2. Assessment / Test based on online training. 
  3. Trainees who are successful in the test, may apply for a Trainee - Talent acquisition Consultant Position.
Perks : 
  1. Trainees will be provided with a training completion certificate after completing a minimum of 90 days. 
  2. Performance review and appraisal cycle every six months.  
  3. After completion of 6 months, trainees will be eligible to apply for a full-time job. They can apply for leaves during their exams or they can rejoin after graduation.

Qualification required: 

Under Graduates or Post graduates.
