We are seeking an IT Service Management Intern to join our team. As an IT Service Management Intern, you will work closely with our IT Service Management team to support and maintain our company's IT services. You will be responsible for assisting with the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT service management tools and processes. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in IT service management and exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT service management tools and processes
  • Troubleshoot issues with IT service management tools and processes
  • Participate in IT service management projects, including upgrades and rollouts
  • Learn and utilize various IT service management tools and software
  • Document and track IT service management issues and resolutions
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of IT service management documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
