• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate scientific research findings, publications, and thought leadership content.
  
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action, that resonates with our target audience.
  
• Implement segmentation strategies to personalize email communications based on audience preferences and interests.
  
• Utilize marketing automation tools to schedule, send, and track email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal engagement rates.
  
• Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  
• A/B test various email elements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and impactful email templates and graphics.
  
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and applicable regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and scientific research communication.
  
• Assist in analyzing market research and audience insights to inform email marketing strategies and content development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong interest in scientific research writing and publication.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
  
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  
• Understanding of segmentation strategies and personalization techniques in email marketing.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret email performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
  
• Creativity and attention to detail to create visually appealing and impactful email templates.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
  
• Passion for staying up to date with industry trends, advancements, and scientific research developments.
