ClickUp is looking for a superstar Procurement Senior Operations Analyst who will assist our Global Procurement Team on the day-to-day transactions. We’re looking for a professional that has an eye for detail, effective time-management skills, ability to handle large traffic of transactions and prioritize tasks accordingly.

The Role:

  • Administer and execute purchase request workflows and processes to ensure that company purchase cycle times remain within defined SLAs
  • Assist with Vendor management and set up, ensuring alignment with policies and internal controls
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of purchase request tickets in the queue, follow-up with business stakeholders in Coupa and other systems including  system testing, payments (v-card and global payments functionality) and troubleshooting while adhering to internal policies, as applicable. 
  • Assist and work closely with the Procurement Manager to optimize regular operations
  • Identify creative ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of procurement activities
  • Monitor purchase requests and conduct periodic Purchase Order reviews
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable Team for PO review and other Procurement data, as needed prior to Payment to Vendor.
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness by driving process improvements within the function aligned with department and organizational objectives.
  • Create, send, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including hotel room blocks and meeting space on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • At least 4-5 years experience in an area of corporate management relative to spend and/or contracts (e.g., finance/FP&A, procurement, legal operations, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with Coupa 
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written & verbal English proficiency
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets 
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborate well with other members of the Procurement team and other related departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of solving problems in a dynamic setting
  • Ability to work independently but also passionate about teamwork with an optimistic outlook
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Operates in a professional and ethical manner with customers and vendors
  • Work schedule must primarily support US Pacific Timezone
