Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Mano, you will lead the design efforts to create an exceptional user experience for our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure that our app is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligns with our brand identity. Your designs will play a pivotal role in making it effortless for users to order their favorite meals and have them delivered to their doorstep.

Job duties:

User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Translate these insights into user-centered design solutions.

UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our mobile and web applications. Pay particular attention to user interface design principles, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive navigation.

Visual Design: Develop visually appealing components such as icons, images, and promotional banners that align with the app's branding.

Design System: Contribute to the build, development, and maintenance of a design system that standardizes design elements and ensures consistency across the app.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user preferences and behaviors.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and design assets for development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, UX/UI Design).
• Several years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and dashboard design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Expertise in mobile app design, including responsive design for various devices and platforms (iOS and Android).
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, particularly in the context of mobile apps.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design systems and creating assets for development.
