We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer/Developer with a focus on developing engaging eLearning courses and micro-videos on the topics of Emotional Intelligence and related areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to collaborate with Holly, our lead in this domain, to produce educational content that will inspire and educate.

Job Overview

Location: United States (Remote)
Type: 1099 / C2C Contract
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Duration: March 3 - May 30, 2025
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

eLearning and Micro-Video Development

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules focusing on Emotional Intelligence.
Create micro videos on topics such as Self-awareness, Feedback loops, Emotion regulation etc.
Ensure all learning materials are engaging and aligned with educational outcomes.

Content Collaboration and Innovation

Work in close collaboration with Holly to ensure content meets project objectives and is developed efficiently.
Contribute to innovative instructional strategies that enhance learner engagement and retention.
Stay updated on trends and advancements in instructional design and emotional intelligence to bring fresh perspectives to the project.

Evaluation and Feedback

Implement feedback loops to continuously improve course content based on user feedback.
Analyze and refine instructional materials to ensure they are effective in meeting learning objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate their feedback into course development processes.
