Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies, manage daily campaign performance, and coordinate with vendors. This role is ideal for a data-driven, proactive professional eager to advance into a Digital Marketing Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Optimization: Monitor and enhance performance on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
  • Paid Advertising & PPC: Support Google Ads management, A/B testing, and campaign adjustments.
  • Social Media & Content: Assist with content creation and community engagement.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with ad vendors, SEO agencies, and other partners to meet performance targets.
  • CRM & Automation: Contribute to lead tracking, automation, and performance reporting.
  • Online Presence Management: Optimize Google Business Profile, local listings, and respond to reviews.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendor relationships.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to improve marketing efficiency and results.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Experience in Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience managing ad vendors or SEO agencies.
