Salary Range:
up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

The Data Analyst for Sales and Revenue plays a critical role in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, optimizing the sales funnel, and improving lead conversion rates. This position requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong foundation in data analysis, automation, and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze cold caller conversion rates, lead manager performance, and client contract conversions.
  • Measure internal cost per qualified lead and determine the ROI on lead generation efforts.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and recommend process improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales and operational KPIs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize QA for cold calling and improve conversion rates.
  • Evaluate lead data costs and ensure maximum output per deal.
  • Ensure efficient lead qualification to help clients close more deals.
  • Ability to design data-driven frameworks for making operational decisions and measuring their impact.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (data analysis, formulas, automation).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel Charts).
  • Familiarity with Zapier for automating workflows between CRM and data tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, lead funnels, and revenue analysis.
  • Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Strong systems thinking ability to understand how changes in one part of the sales funnel affect the entire operation
  • Has a builder mentality with ability to learn new software quickly and create solutions independently without technical support


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar sales CRMs.
  • Proficiency in Notion for organizing sales and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with Cold Calling Performance Tools for QA improvements.
