Job description

Summary

 

As a member of the Digital Team, the eCommerce Consultant will leverage their outgoing personality to become an eCommerce ambassador who focuses on teaching and guiding customers on SPI’s website and app while delivering an exceptional service experience!

 

Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 

  • Signing customers up to use SPI’s website and app
  • Helping customers set up saved carts and favorites list
  • Assisting customers as they have questions and ensuring comfort level
  • Providing customers with hands-on training and support


Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge 

  • Degree in marketing, sales, information systems, or similar discipline
  • Knowledge of online shopping best practices
  • Ability to use Teams, Zoom, or other video conference platforms
  • A cheerleader and agent for organizational change 
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborates positively and effectively with all areas of the business


Work Environment 

  • Remote


Physical demands may include but are not limited to:

  • Sitting for extended periods of time


Travel 

  • Travel may be expected
