  •  Partner with product managers to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.
  • Design scalable UI components and contribute to our evolving design system.
  •  Create micro-interactions and motion elements that enhance usability and delight users.
  • Balance aesthetics with data-driven insights to optimise UX for engagement and conversion.
  • Advocate for accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles.
  •  Stay updated on fintech trends and best practices to drive innovation in product design.

What you need to succeed

  • Expertise in interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of designing for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring responsive and adaptive experiences.
  • Understanding of behavioural psychology and its impact on user decisions.
  • Experience conducting usability tests, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Proficiency in atomic design principles and scalable UI frameworks.
  • Knowledge of motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle) to create micro-interactions.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and engineers.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced product teams.
  • Figma mastery: ability to leverage auto layout, design tokens, component variants, interactive prototypes, and design libraries for scalable UI solutions.
  • Experience in fintech and/or SaaS environments, understanding industry-specific challenges and user expectations.

What you’ll get

  • A chance to shape the future of fintech - your designs will impact millions of users.
  • Strong mentorship and career growth within a world-class design team.
  • A culture of experimentation - we encourage innovative thinking and rapid iteration.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Remote-friendly work culture, with access to learning resources.

  • Preliminary phone call with the recruiter: a brief conversation to discuss your background, interests, and expectations.
  • Interview with a design team member: a discussion about your experience, approach to design, alignment with our mission, and a portfolio walkthrough.
  • Design Challenge: an advanced exercise to assess problem-solving, UX/UI craft, and strategic thinking.
  • Final executive conversation: a discussion with senior leadership about your ability to think strategically, collaborate across teams, and drive business and user impact through design

How to apply:
