We are looking for a Jira Specialist with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Cloud platforms to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Jira-based ITSM solutions, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and integrations across our cloud environments.
✅ Configure, customize, and maintain Jira Service Management (JSM) to support ITSM processes.
✅ Implement and manage Cloud-based Jira environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
✅ Develop and optimize automation rules, scripts, and custom workflows to enhance service delivery.
✅ Integrate Jira with Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS, Azure, and third-party ITSM tools.
✅ Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for ITIL-compliant service management.
✅ Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
✅ Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and business teams to enhance service management capabilities.
Requirements
🔹 3+ years of experience in Jira administration and customization (JSM & Cloud).
🔹 Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, Incident/Change/Problem Management).
🔹 Expertise in Jira automation, scripting (Groovy, JavaScript), and REST APIs.
🔹 Experience integrating Jira with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
🔹 Solid understanding of Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, etc.).
🔹 Ability to troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and improve ITSM efficiency.
🔹 Atlassian Certifications (ACP-100, ACP-400) are a plus.
