Role Description:

Manage and resolve service incidents and service requests with specific SLAs.
-
Work in a proactive, collaborative team environment analyzing client issues and provide solutions through configurations, testing, meetings and knowledge transfer.

Guide and enable customers to successfully administer their SuccessFactors applications where applicable. Approach support with a “teach to fish” mentality.

Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth post go-live transition to support, including knowledge transfer and review of all relevant supporting documentation.

Be a trusted advisor and provide expert assessments and recommendations during SuccessFactors release activities.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients by developing an understanding of customer's business, culture and solution.

Ensure activities are completed on time, with high quality, and according to service level agreements, and in accordance with service management policies and procedures.

Ability to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" while applying best practice

Main responsibilities of the role are post-go live support, however opportunities on new project delivery/implementations will arise for which you would be responsible to:

Translate customer requirements into a solution that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, testing and deployment

Identify requirement “gaps” and provide design alternatives to maintain a high degree of quality in the solution build
Role Specific Requirements:

Certified in two or more of Employee Central (including Time Off and Timesheet, bonus if you have EC Benefits and Time Tracking) and Onboarding 2.0.

Nice to have: Compensation or Learning Management certifications

Technical understanding or experience supporting IAS, SSO, Integration Center and CPI desirable but not required.

Proven track record implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules from a functional perspective.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and pinpoint underlying system issues.

Experience in a client facing role and working directly with senior client management team.

Thorough understanding of the application support process.

Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact and communicate effectively with senior management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Ability to cope with multiple priorities and high volume of email.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Participation in cutover plans, go-live preparation and cutover activities.

Prior HR functional experience an asset.
Work Environment
This job is fully remote and open to Canadian and US candidates only.
Scheduling

Available during core North American business hours to support activities;
-
Available to support after hours and weekends as required during periods of high demand, year-end and SuccessFactors release periods.
Travel
Minimal travel (<15%) is expected, however, employees may be required on client sites on occasion.
Required Education and Experience
-
8+ years in client facing role either in consulting or a support capacity preferably in a high demand role
-
5+ years of SuccessFactors consulting experience including a minimum of three end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations

Two or more SAP SuccessFactors Associate and/or Professional certifications
-
Expert knowledge of your specific SuccessFactors modules
Preferred Education and Experience

University degree an asset.
