In this role you will:Build, monitor, optimize, and analyze campaigns across a variety of channels including online and offline efforts. You will have a chance to work on programs ranging from paid social, to paid search, to direct mail. Identify receptive audiences for different Wealthsimple products and find novel ways to reach and convert them.Be a champion of innovative and interesting creative. Work within the team to manage growth marketing operations and day-to-day execution including planning, campaign setup, briefing, reporting, and shareouts. Identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis.Collaborate with teams spanning creative, data science, product marketing, and business development.Build your knowledge of financial service products and how to meet UA, CAC, and ROI goals.Have ample opportunity to bring forward ideas and contribute to program innovation, improvement, and troubleshooting.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends across marketing, and financial servicesDevelop productive working relationships with internal and external marketing partners.Gain exposure to a wide spectrum of marketing as we scale our footprint to reach Canadian consumers online, offline, in-person, and everywhere in between.You are:Performance marketing and data literateA critical thinker, able to work independently and prioritizeUnafraid to ask for help or clarificationA confident communicator who is keen on using data to support your perspectives Able to identify problems but also forward thinking on solutionsA culture fit; you are a kind human, smart, and autonomousEager to make an impact and have an owner/maker mentality with an appreciation for keeping it simple.ExperienceAt least 3-5 years of professional experience in performance / growth marketing, with preference for hands-on experience in offline channels.Hands on digital marketing knowledge is also a plusA proven track record in scaling brands and pushing on boundariesExperience in app acquisition is a plusExperience in financial services is a plusWhy Wealthsimple?
