Job Summary:
Stoddard Agency Philippines Services, Inc. is looking for a versatile Web Developer with digital marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle web development tasks while also contributing to content creation, SEO, and other digital marketing efforts as needed. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and adapting to various digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development (Primary Focus):
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Implement front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and other frameworks.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
- Debug issues, troubleshoot errors, and conduct routine maintenance on websites.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to bring creative concepts to life.
Digital Marketing (Secondary Role):
- Assist in SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
- Create and update landing pages, blog posts, and web content aligned with marketing goals.
- Support social media and email marketing campaigns through content formatting and integration.
- Track website analytics and user behavior to suggest improvements for conversions and engagement.
- Provide technical support for marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and automation tools.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in web development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proficiency in WordPress Elementor, including theme customization and plugin development.
- Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, or social media management is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to different client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
