Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Company: GOTEAM

Location and Workplace: Onsite for Cebu-based candidates; Remote for those outside Cebu

Salary: Up to PHP 50,000


Summary: Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and publishing organic content, optimizing visual assets, and managing digital marketing campaigns for our clients across various platforms.


About the Job

Key Duties:


Client Communication & Reporting

  • Respond to client queries and concerns via email, phone or scheduled meetings
  • Delivering reporting to clients
  • Organize pro-active client meetings to maintain client relationships and campaign momentum
  • Attend and run client meetings related to campaign results, new project setups and more
  • Conduct competitor analysis, report on the findings and provide recommendations
  • Communicate audit results with relevant customers via email and be involved in client meetings to discuss them
  • Create tailored quotes and actively engage customers in discussions
  • Offer recommendations for additional services to enhance their overall experience .


Facebook AIA

  • Monitor and optimize Facebook AIA campaigns to ensure maximum performance.
  • Adjust budget allocations, targeting and report to clients
  • Configure, structure, and build Facebook AIA campaigns
  • Adjust budget allocations, targeting, and campaign message


Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Tracking

  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of conversions and events as per our company policy.
  • Troubleshoot and test pixel tracking, custom events, and Google Analytics integration.
  • Ensure proper eCommerce tracking, button click tracking, and form submission tracking.


Google Ads and Google VLA

  • Configure, structure, and build Facebook AIA campaigns
  • Adjust budget allocations, targeting, and campaign message


Facebook and Instagram

  • Configure and set up Facebook pages and Instagram accounts on behalf of clients
  • Updating and reviewing social media profiles and cover photos to ensure they are up to date
  • Creating and scheduling job ads across social media for clients when requested
  • Organize access to existing Facebook pages and Instagram accounts and reconfigure them as needed to align with our brand guidelines and standards.
  • Developing, creating, and publishing organic social media content across platforms
  • Creating and scheduling job ads across social media for clients when requested
  • Updating and reviewing social media profiles and cover photos to ensure they are up to date


EDMs

  • Designing and scheduling engaging EDMs that align with client requests and needs, using best practices to ensure high open and click-through rates


Social Media Organic Posts

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram


Website Content Management

  • Editing, updating, and resizing images for websites and social media platforms, ensuring that they are optimized for maximum impact
  • Conducting audits to ensure banners are compliant, relevant and up to date
  • Performance Reporting and Tracking
  • Implement and manage tags, pixels, and scripts via Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of conversions and events as per our company policy.
  • Troubleshoot and test tags, pixels, and triggers to ensure accurate tracking in GTM, GA4, Google Looker Studio, and our Website Performance platform
  • Ensure proper eCommerce tracking, button click tracking, and form submission tracking.
  • Publishing articles and content on client websites


Across all Digital Marketing

  • Configure and generate meaningful reports to clients
  • Ability to discuss campaign outcomes and results with clients
  • Work with diverse brand guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with relevant industry regulations
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
  • Editing, updating, and resizing images for websites and social media platforms ensuring that they are optimized for maximum impact
  • Creating and uploading new website banners for clients that are current and visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
  • Conducting audits to ensure banners are compliant, relevant and up to date


Qualifications:

  • Experience as a team lead or manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with technical skills in digital marketing is required.
  • Experience in client-facing communications (meetings, phone calls, email) is required.
  • University Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work experience in digital and social media marketing is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Functional knowledge and professional experience in creating and maintaining social media pages.
  • Ability to curate content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English).
