Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Python backend development.
Previous experience with Fast API, Flask.
R programming (3/5 proficiency).
Experience with Azure/GCP environment.

Must to have skill:

Python
CICD (GitHub Actions stack)
SAST/DAST/SCA tools knowledge
Software security understanding
Cookiecutter for project templating
Python packaging tools (setuptools, poetry, UV)
Python linters (flake8, ruff)
Documentation (Markdown, Confluence)
Proactive problem-solving and research skills

Task:

Core Responsibilities of a Lead Backend Developer:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services
Optimize application performance and scalability
Collaborating with other team members, including front-end developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications.
Ensure application security and compliance
Designing and implementing data storage solutions, including databases.
Collaborate with frontend and UX teams to deliver a seamless application experience
Mentor and train junior developers.
Stay abreast of the latest backend development technologies and trends .
Implement and maintain DevOps and CI/CD practices
Adhere to coding standards and best practices
Document code and application architecture

Manage a team of backend developers
Assist with architectural and design decisions
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
