Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (New York Time) | 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT (Manila Time)
(Flexibility in hours would be beneficial for PST clients.)

Paid Working Hours per Week: 40 hours

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll drive expansion in the US market, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in sectors like legal, construction, finance, and aerospace. Using cutting-edge tools, you'll connect with potential clients and provide tailored staffing solutions. This remote role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the chance to collaborate with a global team.


Responsibilities
  • Lead research initiatives to identify and target potential clients in key industries, uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls and video conferences, to present our services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, understanding their unique staffing challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, providing insights to ensure client requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and client backgrounds to offer tailored staffing solutions.
  • Generate and qualify high-potential leads, laying the groundwork for successful conversions by the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using advanced CRM systems, ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Support the company’s growth strategy by sharing valuable insights on market trends and evolving client needs.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools to effectively manage and optimize the sales process.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and independent, while also thriving in a collaborative, remote team environment.
  • Adaptability and cultural awareness to work effectively across time zones and diverse business cultures.
  • Solid understanding of US business culture and practices, essential for engaging with US-based clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Passion for sales and a genuine interest in helping businesses solve staffing challenges with innovative solutions.
