Role Name: B2B Sales Development Representative

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Knoxville, TN time

We’re seeking a motivated B2B Sales Development Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth, connecting with potential clients who need essential document security services. Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to potential business clients, identifying decision-makers and presenting our document management solutions
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for document destruction services
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of potential clients across various industries
  • Follow up systematically with prospects to convert opportunities into sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates


Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and telemarketing techniques
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a professional phone presence
  • Proficiency with CRM software and ability to maintain accurate records
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
