Job Description

As a Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, playing a crucial role in expanding their community of artisans and shop owners. Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential shop owners and artisans, introducing them to our client’s innovative e-commerce platform
  
• Craft compelling pitches that highlight the unique benefits of joining the platform, tailoring your approach to each artisan’s specific needs
  
• Guide prospects through the simple sign-up process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call targets and registration goals, contributing directly to the platform’s growth
  
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-ups and relationship building
  
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies, sharing insights gained from your interactions with artisans
  
• Provide valuable feedback on common objections or concerns raised by prospects, helping to improve the platform’s offerings
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to effectively communicate the platform’s value proposition
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or a related field
  
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engaging conversations
  
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a talent for overcoming objections
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or the handicraft industry is a plus
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant digital tools
  
• Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm even when facing rejections
  
• Genuine interest in handicrafts and supporting small businesses
  
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during US Eastern Time business hours
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
