  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their unique needs, translating their vision into actionable and effective marketing plans
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, continuously analyzing performance metrics to drive product awareness and sales growth
  • Work closely with our data analysis team to incorporate valuable insights into marketing strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all initiatives
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our standard operating procedures for marketing processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness across the team
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in marketing and go-to-market strategies, bringing innovative ideas to our clients and internal team

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a B2B or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and product positioning, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling brand identities (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, capable of building strong relationships and effectively presenting ideas to stakeholder
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
  • Creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills, able to balance innovative thinking with measurable results
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp new industries and product categories
