Your contribution
Escalate issues in line with operational processes to ensure SLA performance is adhered to
Actively communicate the status of issues & events, tracking actions to ensure an appropriate audit trail is in place
Log and document issues & communication via operational tools, web, email and phone
Bring along
Preferably degree in Computer Science or similar, even with very little experience (students are also welcome)
Good level of spoken and written English as you will be working in the international environment
A can-do attitude and a proven eagerness to learn and acquire new skills
Ability to work in shifts 24/7 (of course, your schedule and life-work balance will be greatly considered)
Level head, calm and clear thinking, open-minded, and flexibility, excellent communications skills
Nice to have
Working experience with Cloude Storage Concept S3, Google Drive etc.
