We are currently looking for a Financial Services Account Associate with German and English to support the Client Services team for our location in Poznan.

 

What you will be doing:

  • The telephone and written answers from every day to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.
  • Responding to our customers' challenges and providing a solution.
  • Compliance with quality standards, possible control function related to out KYC process.  
  • Verification of customer KYC documentation and, if necessary, corresponding post-verification.
  • Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.
  • Participation in projects to implement the company's goals and improve certain processes.


What you bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience Work experience in finance
  • Experience in customer service – spoken and written
  • Languages: Fluent German (at least C1) and good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Availability during our US work shift hours (starting at 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday) is essential for this role.
  • A high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation
  • Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlines
  • Good organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer
