This position is a combination remote work at home and field facing position that requires about 50-75% travel in surrounding Florida counties with a primary focus on Palm Beach and Broward counties.
The Community Engagement Professional builds visibility and credibility of Humana Healthy Horizons throughout the community via events, partnerships and c-suite interactions. Strategizes methods to scale communities and drive greater connections among community members. Engages community members, nonprofits, FQHCs and faith-based organizations. Interprets public health and membership data to implement strategy and influence implementation company initiatives.
This position will work closely with non-profit executives and requires providing a high-level of customer service and ongoing engagement.
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows and understands the need for established guidelines/procedures.
