Lead and restructure Deel’s Mobility Operations to disrupt the industry and drive scalable growth.
Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimize global mobility services, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Design and implement operational frameworks to streamline mobility processes globally.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, marketing and customer experience teams to align operations with business goals.
Drive process improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency, speed, and service quality.
Develop KPIs to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
Oversee compliance with international mobility regulations, ensuring risk mitigation.
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing operational teams across multiple regions ensuring teams have the required resources and enablement for success.
Requirements
Proven track record of managing global mobility operations to achieve significant efficiency gains and business growth.
Proven experience and understanding of US immigration processes, policies and relevant filing types
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Design immigration and workforce management processes to enable Deel to scale effectively.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in scaling and mentoring diverse teams located in varying timezones.
