Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Lead Engagement & Qualification: Proactively reach out to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying clients.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead qualification to quoting and closing—while delivering a high-quality experience.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with brand values.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine effective sales strategies, driving higher engagement and company growth.
Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Own the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous strategy improvement.
Sales Leadership & Growth: Transition into a leadership role, becoming the sole owner of the sales process, with opportunities to move into a commission-based structure based on performance.
Experience
3+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in live events, hospitality, or a related industry.
Strong track record of prospecting, lead qualification, and closing high-value deals.
Experience managing the entire sales process independently.
Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with advanced English proficiency
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
Familiarity with Basecamp is a nice-to-have.
Background or strong interest in the events and hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
Technical Requirements
Reliable headset and phone for professional communication.
Comfortable using a HubSpot-assigned phone number for client calls.
High Lead Conversion: Successfully converting qualified leads into paying clients while maintaining a high closing rate.
Client Satisfaction: Building and maintaining relationships that result in positive client experiences and referrals.
Strategic Sales Growth: Continuously improving sales strategies, driving higher revenue, and increasing conversion rates.
