Job description

Hi. We’re a recruiting company. We’re very good at what we do. We’re looking to hire someone on our internal team to help grow our candidate-facing brand, Project Growth.
This person will be a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate.

You’ll run that side of the house.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our marketing strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. 

You’ll be responsible for making sure the candidate-facing side of our company grows — you’ll create engaging content, launch campaigns, ideating and helping to PM the launch of our new site, manage community engagement, track performance metrics, and foster community engagement. If you have a passion for social media, project management, a strong creative mindset, and the ability to stay ahead of trends, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing 

  • Great at project management

  • Proficient in social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and maybe other fun stuff like X/Reddit)

  • Basic experience with metric/data tracking

  • Basic skills in creating static images and infographics (using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Houdini, etc.)

  • Strong copywriting skills (both short-form and long-form)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Bonus: Knowledge or experience in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media campaigns

  • Coordinate the launch of our new website

  • Work with the design team

  • Work with the creative team

  • Create diverse content (static, video, and written)

  • Schedule and post content across various social platforms

  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics

  • Engage with the community and manage interactions

  • Oversee content control through social listening

  • Stay updated on social trends, platform changes, and viral content

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content creation and review
