We are looking for a Production Designer to join our creative team and bring high-quality visual content to life. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills, capable of executing and refining designs across multiple formats and platforms. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure that all assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for various outputs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and produce high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
  • Adapt and refine designs based on creative direction and technical requirements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
  • Prepare and package files for production, including prepress setup for print and digital optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
  • Maintain an organized asset library and ensure efficient workflow processes.
  • Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and quality before final delivery.

What success looks like in this role:

Creative + Brand Consistency

    • Design Approval Rate: % of designs approved in the first or second review
    • Internal/External rating survey rating on brand consistency across platforms

Project Efficiency + Output

    • Project turnaround time: average time taken from brief to final delivery 
    • Number of Design Assets Created: Total completed assets (logos, multi-page document, social media posts, digital banners, blog headers etc.) Designer should be leveraging ai where applicable for efficiency
    • Revision rate: average number of revisions per project
    • On-time delivery rate: % of project delivered on or before deadlines

Stakeholder + Client Satisfaction

    • Stakeholder satisfaction score: feedback rating from internal stakeholders
    • Collaboration Score: Team feedback on cross-functional collaboration effectiveness

Brand Impact + Engagement

    • Engagement Metrics on Designed Assets: Likes, shares, comments, or conversion rates on brand materials
    • Campaign Performance: Performance of design-led campaigns (CTR, conversions, impressions)

Innovation + Development

    • Creative Experimentation Rate: % of projects that introduce new design elements or approaches
    • Learning & Development Participation: % of team attending training, workshops, or industry events
    • New Tools or Techniques Implemented: Number of new processes, tools, or technologies adopted

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
  • Experience preparing files for print and digital production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design tools (Figma, Sketch).
  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

The target base salary range for this position is $97,680 - $122,100, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
