Associate Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
The Associate Graphic Designer will support bswift’s marketing and communication team by creating compelling and impactful creative collateral. This role involves working as both a supportive team member and an individual contributor alongside a team of graphic designers, animators, video editors, and digital developers.
The Associate Graphic Designer will develop print and digital collateral for clients and bswift’s business, including logos/branding, digital and print brochures, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, and more.
Example tasks might include creating a logo identity for a client, polishing a PowerPoint presentation, designing a postcard, and preparing files for print. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Development:
• Develop creative and impactful designs for both print and digital media.
• Design assets including logos/branding, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and social media graphics.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines for both bswift and its clients.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with team members to produce marketing and communication materials.
• Deliver multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends and tools, offering creative insights.
• Production & File Management:
• Prepare and package design files for print and digital distribution.

Qualifications:

• Required Education and Experience:
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to design polished presentations.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and styles.
• Receptive to feedback and open to iterative improvements.
• Mac user proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Preferred Education and Experience:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
• Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
