Your New Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Uploadcare Marketing team. This unique role requires a results-driven, creative, and analytical professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and experimentation. You will be instrumental in driving self-service customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion by optimizing marketing campaigns, enhancing the website experience, and collaborating cross-functionally to refine product and pricing strategies.
The ideal candidate combines a growth marketer's tactical expertise with a strong technical aptitude, excelling at crafting data-driven strategies, executing impactful campaigns, and continuously improving conversion rates. This person will report to the Director of Marketing at Uploadcare, and will work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute growth strategies to drive self-service customer acquisition, retention, and expansion and achieve our self-service bookings goals.
Own the end-to-end self-service customer experience, map current customer journey, and through testing and experimentation, constantly optimize this experience to drive business outcomes (free trial signups, paid conversions, onboarding, activation, expansion).
Drive continual top-of-funnel traffic to our branded web experiences and own the process and experience of converting visitors to paid users. Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, Creative Services and DX teams to drive continued traffic growth.
Collaborate with Self-Service team to establish the self-service and growth strategy.
Create and optimize high-impact campaigns, such as email marketing, paid media, sponsored placements, and referral programs, to support trial-to-paid and free-to-paid conversions.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to support outbound ABM campaigns to target high-value accounts.
Provide insights and recommendations on product packaging and pricing strategies as well as in-product experiments that will drive business results.
Analyze key self-service metrics (traffic, free trial signups, paid conversions, onboarding, activation, expansion and churn), identify growth opportunities and refine strategies to maximize ROI and growth.
