Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to take full ownership of our data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy to drive informed decisions across all departments. Your expertise will help us leverage data to enhance our educational offerings and operational efficiency.

Your main tasks will include:

🌐 Data Warehouse Management:

Build and manage robust data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow across systems
Design, develop, and optimize our data warehouse and data models for fast and accurate reporting
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms

📊 Reporting and Consultation:

Create insightful and efficient reports for all departments using advanced data visualization tools
Consult users on data topics and provide tailored reporting solutions
Develop and present business reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making

📝 Documentation and Best Practices:

Document data terminology, sources, and organizational data requirements
Establish, maintain, and promote best practices in data management and reporting
Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes and systems for transparency and continuity

🎓 Team Enablement:

Empower team members to utilize Looker Studio for self-service reporting and analytics
Provide training and support to enhance data literacy and analytical skills across the organization
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning within the team

🔮 Advanced Analytics:

Develop sophisticated prediction models and analytical reports to forecast trends and identify opportunities
Leverage AI and machine learning techniques for advanced data analysis
Identify and implement advanced analytics solutions to address complex business challenges
