Key responsibilities:

Define Sprint Objectives – Set clear sprint objectives aligned with business needs and user requirements, forming the basis for sprint goals
Review and Approve Product Increments – Inspect, validate, and approve development team deliverables at each iteration, from design preparation to production release
Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders – Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring transparency and alignment on key decisions and strategies
Backlog Management and Refinement – Prioritize, refine, and finalize backlog items with the team before sprint planning
Create and Manage Change Requests – Gather, analyze, and prioritize operational changes, integrating them into the product backlog for future iterations
Define Clear Acceptance Criteria – Establish well-defined acceptance criteria (A/C) for product features, validate them with stakeholders, and use them as a baseline for QA testing
Maintain and Update Requirements – Adapt requirements dynamically throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring consistency across epics, stories, and technical specifications
Own and Oversee Product Artifacts – Ensure high-quality documentation and management of epics, user stories, use cases, and edge cases
Conduct Usability Testing – Test and validate user interfaces and interaction points, gathering insights to refine the product roadmap
Manage API Requirements – Define, document, and test API integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with other services

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in an Agile environment
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proven experience in team management and collaboration
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience in writing user stories and managing the product backlog effectively
Knowledge of APIs – ability to define and test API requirements
Familiarity with UX research and usability testing
Ability to analyze customer feedback and improve the product accordingly.

Nice to have:

Experience in FinTech or E-commerce
Knowledge of Data Analytics and A/B Testing
Familiarity with SQL and BI tools
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles
