What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media strategy, campaign management, and analytics. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Work within media team to design strategy, activation, management, analysis, optimization, measurement, tracking, and reporting for paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Develop and implement digital media strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms (e.g., Addressable Display and Video, CTV, Google Ads, Facebook).
- Design media tests and experiments (A/B creative, audience segments), analyze campaign performance at each applicable level (channel, tactic, audience, ad) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and recommend growth strategies
- Campaign setup including tagging and traffic management
- Provide and present regular reports and performance insights to key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge digital media strategies.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media management, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful digital media campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
Compensation:
Target annual compensation for this position ranges between $115,000 - $150,000.
