WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Are you a Producer with a passion for project management and ideation of all things Creative Production from concept and strategy through to onsite delivery? If so, Opus Agency wants to hear from you! We are expanding our team in London and we want YOU to be a part of it!
Opus Agency is seeking a Creative Producer to oversee a range of live events, expos, and activations. The Producer will manage print/signage quote and budgets, creative assets, schedules, teams, contractors, client relations, and suppliers paperwork, while handling the daily operations of assigned projects.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role requires confidence when interacting with both colleagues and international clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and self-motivated, with a flexible approach and the ability to creatively resolve issues in a timely manner. Excellent project management skills and a strong technical aptitude are also key requirements for this client-facing role.
Successful candidates will be able to creatively and quickly resolve issues, be an effective team member, and provide creative support for all events. Must be results oriented, able to meet demanding deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 3+ years of previous production or creative experience in an agency, communications company or production company.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite
(Excel / G-Sheets is a required skill, PowerPoint / G-Slides preferred to an advanced level) - Experience in Slack, Air Table and/or Monday.com is a bonus
- Experience in Figma or other online collaborative creative applications is a bonus
- Understanding of event industry standard file formats (both large format print and digital media) and nuances of print colour formats
- To have a basic level of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work independently, in a team, and report to the Executive Producer, Creative Director and Event Project Lead
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive on supporting and working collaboratively with different workstyles, teams, clients seamlessly
- To be able to successfully perform in a fast-paced environment
- Experience presenting and supporting concepts to internal and external teams and clients
- Accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advocate for client creative needs with the team understanding the budget and information needed to support from a production standpoint
- Create and manage approved budget, tracking all related financials related to project, including internal expenses, travel, suppliers and contractors.
- Direct client communication to assure team can focus on the deliverables and ensure communication is organised and responsive
- Track all creative deliverables through our team tools and in accordance with client needs.
- Establish good relations with suppliers and work with them in securing required materials on time, within budget and meeting requested specifications
- Manage and prepare internal and client facing documents including but not limited to: signage grids, production schedules, creative trackers, attendee journey docs etc
- Partake in internal and external/client meetings, take notes, set agendas, follow up on action items for the production and creative team
- Effectively manage a high volume of work and consistently provide a high quality of work output
Utilise creative problem solving all along the planning cycle, consistently looking for ways to deliver more effectively - Project de-brief and archive content appropriately
