A UK-based client is seeking a dedicated Accounting Tutor/Trainer (Female only) to assist trainees in mastering practical accounting skills. This role involves providing personalized guidance through one-on-one tutoring sessions, designing tailored lesson plans, reviewing assignments, and delivering constructive feedback. The primary goal is to ensure student success and help them achieve their learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct personalized training sessions for trainees, catering to their individual needs.
Design and deliver customized lesson plans to align with trainees' skill levels and goals.
Review and assess assignments to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

A professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or AAT, or a degree in MBA or BBA Finance.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience is not required, as training will be provided.
Strong foundation in accounting concepts and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with trainees of varying skill levels and learning styles.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Work Hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM (UK Time), 5 days per week.
Location: Fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home.
