We are looking for a Senior Production Designer. In this position, you will take a leadership role in the creation and implementation of visually compelling and user-centric website designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure our digital products not only align with the brand's vision but also deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead High-Fidelity Prototypes Creation
Transform UX wireframes into high-quality visual prototypes, ensuring alignment with the design system and available CMS components.
Apply and evolve brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Manage and Optimize Visual Assets
Select, edit, and optimize high-quality images and graphics using Photoshop to ensure they best represent each section.
Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, ensuring proper naming, sizing, and resolution for seamless development handoff.
- Design Visual Elements for Campaigns and Iconography
Create visually appealing and on-brand iconography, illustrations, and campaign assets that enhance user experience and storytelling.
Ensure all visual elements align with the brand’s identity and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with writers, content strategists, and developers to align text, visuals, and functionality effectively.
Provide creative direction and ensure designs balance storytelling, usability, and brand identity.
- Oversee Figma Handoff Process
Ensure all design files are well-structured, documented, and ready for developer handoff.
Provide detailed specifications for spacing, colors, typography, and component states.
- Design Leadership and Refinements
Lead design refinements, interpret feedback, and implement updates while maintaining consistency with the overall design vision.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Photoshop Expertise
Utilize Photoshop for minor image adjustments, retouching, and enhancements to ensure all visuals meet project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- +5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and visual design projects, including iconography and campaign assets.
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web design best practices.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and an understanding of front-end development principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a refined eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, visual design, iconography, and image editing is required.
