Key Responsibilities:

You will work on a day-to-day basis with our design, frontend, backend and testing team to build a scalable and solid product.

Working using best practices (testing, code reviews, DDD, CI/CD, clean code...) and Agile methodologies.

Collaborate in the design of the cluster architecture.

Lead and Mentor: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Create of new automated tests/alerts.

Analysis of new functionalities/system improvements.

Innovate: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our products.

Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests.

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Python programming language (at least 4-5 years).

Demonstrated experience with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.

Proficient with message brokers like Kafka.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Helm and Docker.

Strong skills on SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or mySQL.

In-depth knowledge of testing strategies and tooling, like unit, integration testing, PyTest, etc.

Experience with setting up, maintaining and monitoring CI/CD pipelines and applications (Grafana, Prometheus, Traceroute).

Expertise in microservices.

Experience with Clean Architectures.

Hands on in designing, implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

Familiar with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

Experience on noSQL DB like MongoDB, Druid, Redis, Redshift or BigQuery.
