As Director of PM for Runtime Application Security, you will lead a team to define, deliver, and refine capabilities that help Application Security teams and Developers effectively integrate security into the development lifecycle. This includes Contrast’s Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST) and Software Composition Analytics (SCA) solutions and agents which collect data from applications at scale.
This highly visible, strategic, and cross-functional role requires a good understanding of modern software development practices and the convergence between application security, developer needs, and operations. You will develop views on the broader ecosystem and competition and work closely with customers and prospects to understand their needs and workflows. You will work with your team to synthesize these inputs to develop an impactful roadmap and deliver a pipeline of capabilities.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a solid mix of business, technical, and organizational skills and the ability to operate in a cross-functional environment. This is a good opportunity for candidates with a background in DevOps, SRE, Test Automation, EDR/ XDR or related areas.

Salary and Other Compensation
This position's standard base pay range is $195,000 - $230,000 annually. This position is also eligible for an equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider several factors: geography, skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
