Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential clients for IT services, BPO solutions, and digital marketing campaigns.
✅ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business success.
✅ Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop targeted strategies.
✅ Proposal & Contract Management: Create persuasive business proposals and negotiate contracts.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
✅ Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications
✔️ Experience: 5+ years in business development, preferably in IT services, BPO, or digital marketing.
✔️ Networking Abilities: Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
✔️ Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of closing deals and managing high-value clients.
✔️ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT solutions, outsourcing models, and digital marketing trends.
✔️ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and digital sales strategies.
