Job Description:
The SEO and Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's SEO strategies and social media presence. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through creative campaigns, engaging content, and effective use of digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Create and manage campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, newsletters, presentations).
Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor and respond to user engagement, inquiries, and feedback in a timely manner.
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
Track and report social media analytics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
