Responsibilities:
Create and manage meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B SaaS safety products and services
Refine audience targeting to improve ad performance and reach
Conduct AB testing to optimize ad messaging and delivery
Monitor and maintain low cost per click while maximizing ad effectiveness
Implement and manage pixel and event tracking for accurate campaign measurement
Perform conversion rate optimization to improve overall campaign performance
Collaborate with the creative and visual teams to ensure cohesive ad strategies
Provide insights and recommendations for budget allocation and targeting strategies
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising
Optimize Shopify e-commerce platform for better conversion rates (desirable)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in paid advertising, preferably in B2B SaaS
Expert knowledge of meta ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms
Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
Experience with AB testing and data-driven decision making
Familiarity with pixel implementation and event tracking
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques
Ability to work quickly and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform (desirable)
Scope:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on meta and LinkedIn platforms
Develop and implement strategies to improve ad performance and ROI
Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on performance metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing goals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s digital marketing strategies
Enhance the effectiveness of direct sales and lead generation campaigns
Optimize the Shopify e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rates
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM UK time with 1 hour unpaid break
