Job description

•Sales Data Management: Supervise the accurate input and maintenance of sales data in the company’s database, ensuring all entries are error-free, current, and meet company standards.
•Order Processing and Documentation: Lead the team in processing orders in a timely manner by verifying product availability, transcribing order details, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided for order fulfillment.
•File and Record Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of both physical and electronic files related to orders, shipments, and customer information. Ensure proper labeling, secure storage, and ease of accessibility for all files.
•Data Conversion and Transcription: Ensure the accurate conversion of sales orders received from various sources (e.g., email, phone, online portals) into digital formats, eliminating errors during the transcription process.
•Logistical Coordination: Provide supervisory support in coordinating with warehouses, tracking shipments, and assisting with inventory management processes to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
•Team Leadership and Support: Lead and mentor a team responsible for sales order management, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
•Problem Resolution: Address any issues related to order discrepancies, data errors, or shipment delays, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
