Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

· A Masters (NQF Level 8 or 9) related qualification essential

· Initial Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) Qualification needs to be in related field (Music, Music Technology, Audio Production etc)

· A Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience

· A minimum of 2 years lecturing / teaching experience within higher education

· Experience workshop facilitation skills in an academic or training environment of a minimum of 2 years preferred.

· Online facilitation experience beneficial, with fundamental understanding of curriculum and assessment management and improvement and gradebook management.

· Proficient in Learning Management Systems and MS Office computer software

· Strong admin ability

Essential Skills:

● Proficient with industry-standard equipment and software including Pro Tools, Ableton and Wavelab

● Proficient with studio mixing consoles and hardware

● Possess outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, administration skills, be highly organised and possess good time management skills.
