The position
As an IT business partner, you will join a team with a focus on enabling the business to succeed with the digital transformation they are facing. You are passionate about making the transformation successful both for the business and for the employees. You have a natural interest and understanding of how the implementation of digital initiatives can impact everyday work life, and you strive to make this change as smooth as possible.
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Group IT and STARK Business units, ensuring alignment between digital transformation initiatives and organizational objectives. This role focuses on onboarding business units to the digital transformation programs, fostering collaboration, and driving adoption of new technologies and processes. At the same time, you will be the one with the calm and strategic overview of all activities in the transformation. This involves a structured, hands-on approach to guide teams through the process, address challenges, and maximize adoption.
Your key responsibilities are:
You will become a part of the Business Engagement team within STARK Group IT. Group IT is physically located in Aarhus and Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. It is expected that you can work from one of the two locations a minimum of 3 days per week. The remaining days it is possible to work from home.
