IT Business Partner

STARK Group IT is looking for an IT Business Partner, Viby or Frederiksberg.

The position

As an IT business partner, you will join a team with a focus on enabling the business to succeed with the digital transformation they are facing. You are passionate about making the transformation successful both for the business and for the employees. You have a natural interest and understanding of how the implementation of digital initiatives can impact everyday work life, and you strive to make this change as smooth as possible.

You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Group IT and STARK Business units, ensuring alignment between digital transformation initiatives and organizational objectives. This role focuses on onboarding business units to the digital transformation programs, fostering collaboration, and driving adoption of new technologies and processes. At the same time, you will be the one with the calm and strategic overview of all activities in the transformation. This involves a structured, hands-on approach to guide teams through the process, address challenges, and maximize adoption.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Onboard Business Units
  • Lead and drive the onboarding process for business units into digital transformation tracks, including:
    • Communicating the vision, goals, and value of the initiative.
    • Developing tailored onboarding plans to meet unit-specific needs.
    • Driving the transformation alongside business units as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide guidance and resources to help teams transition to new technologies and processes.

• Strategic Alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, understanding their goals, challenges, and processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities where digital transformation can enhance operations, customer experience, and outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into IT solutions and ensure alignment with the organization’s digital strategy.
     
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business units for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and address issues proactively.

You will become a part of the Business Engagement team within STARK Group IT. Group IT is physically located in Aarhus and Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. It is expected that you can work from one of the two locations a minimum of 3 days per week. The remaining days it is possible to work from home.
