Job description

We’re looking for a Process Automation Specialist to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. In this role, you’ll transform manual processes into automated solutions using no-code/low-code tools. If you have a passion for automation and problem-solving, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation.
  • Define automation logic and ensure workflows align with business goals and operational objectives.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated processes using no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automated workflows, making continuous improvements.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders using automated solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
