Your tasks

Manage month-end close processes for vendor invoices, payroll, telecom and occupancy costs; performing accruals and ensure correct bookings
Use tools and technology to generate and present financial reports and dashboards to management
Perform monthly cost analyses and investigate variances for Operations Management
Create and maintain business plans for European vendor and captive sites in collaboration with stakeholders
Monitor and control payroll, occupancy, telecom and vendor expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocations
Maintain and update monthly Cost and Volume reporting structure

Your qualifications

Excellent English written and spoken
Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting is preferred
General Ledger knowledge would be an asset
Knowledge of general business, financial and industry practices is a plus
