Your tasks

  • Manage month-end close processes for vendor invoices, payroll, telecom and occupancy costs; performing accruals and ensure correct bookings
  • Use tools and technology to generate and present financial reports and dashboards to management
  • Perform monthly cost analyses and investigate variances for Operations Management
  • Create and maintain business plans for European vendor and captive sites in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Monitor and control payroll, occupancy, telecom and vendor expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocations
  • Maintain and update monthly Cost and Volume reporting structure

Your qualifications

  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting is preferred
  • General Ledger knowledge would be an asset
  • Knowledge of general business, financial and industry practices is a plus
