Your role

We are looking for a Process Solution Desing Sr. Project Manager for our Global Process PaaS Team, a key team in our technology ecosystem.

This area is responsible for provide the organization with the Global tech platform “best-in-class” built, deployed, operated and managed as a product with a global team (multi-country/business) for the automation of all group processes with a functional and technical decalogue.

The main objectives of the unit are:

  • Defining and executing the global process strategy, from design, construction, deployment, operation of all stack products ensuring their correct use.

  • Continuous exploration and analysis of the state of the art in market solutions.

  • Drive global and local transformation projects.

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with vendors.

Your main tasks will be:

  • The functions of the position include the full development cycle, from design, build, deployment and operation of the global process automation platform.

  • The discipline plays an important role in identifying best practices, trends or issues and disseminating them to the tech community for the benefit of different entities/business.

  • We work globally in community in Agile with focus on reuse, automation and continuous improvement.

  • Management of multidisciplinary product development team.

  • Technical management of products and projects. Core competencies: AI, process automation (BPM), process mining, process monitoring, document management, intelligent extraction (AI, OCR), RPA, RDA, automated decisions (DMN), document generator, digital signature, low code applications.

  • Creating detailed plans, estimating efforts and defining the project team required for large solution migration and shutdown programs.

  • Definition of Architecture solution models collaborating with the other Architecture disciplines. Actively work with the process engineering team.

  • Additionally, the Process PaaS position will play an active role in the creation, maturity of local teams, facilitating knowledge transfer to them, while driving the development of the global tech Process PaaS community.

  • Gathering of business requirements or from the corresponding requesting area.

  • Communication, dissemination and awareness activities of the best practices defined for process development.

  • 8+ years of experience in complex structures.

  • Problem solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges.

  • Knowledge in process automation.

To be valued:

  • Experience in the selection and use of tools and frameworks.

  • Understanding of cloud (AWS, GCP and Azure) and deployment solutions in production environments.

  • J2EE developer.

  • Knowledge of new technologies: focus on Cloud, APIs, Maven, GIT, JUnit, Artifactory, Docker, Jenkins, JBoss EAP, AWS, Google cloud, Ansible, Golang, REST, Openstack, Openshift, Docker, kubernetes, Postgre, Oracle, microservices, Angular, Javascript, opensource community code development, Spring, JSF, Javascript, C, C++, jQuery, Linux, Jira usage.

  • Knowledge development architectures:

  • Knowledge in creating new units/projects or centres and integrating multidisciplinary teams (Deep experience)

  • Ability to work by tasks (Deep experience)

  • Technological knowledge to develop tools that allow increasing automation, standardization and harmonization of systems and tools (Expert)

  • Business / client and data orientation (Deep experience)

  • Promoters of change, generating trust, building effective networks, giving effective and timely feedback, and disciplined follow-up to established plans (Expert)

  • Leadership & Management Behavioral Competencies:

  • Ability to build and manage multidisciplinary teams in challenging environment.
