GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two successful Amazon brands that exceeded eight figures in total sales and exited in 2021.

We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 200 brands in the last 3 years and is currently partnered with more than 100 active clients.

We are NOT a "Done-For-You" agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

We’re on the hunt for a highly organized, proactive, and ultra-responsive Sales Coordinator to maximize show-up rates, streamline booking processes, and ensure smooth call distribution for our high-performing closers. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment and love keeping things structured, efficient, and running like clockwork, this role is for you!


Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Show-Up Rates – Take full ownership of meeting attendance by sending personalized iMessage/WhatsApp reminders 24 hours before and the morning of the call. Follow up aggressively on unconfirmed meetings to ensure high participation.
  • Fast Follow-Ups on Unbooked Leads – Call and follow up with leads who didn’t book within a few minutes to get them scheduled ASAP.
  • Optimize Calendar Management – Organize, assign, and adjust closers’ schedules dynamically to ensure even call distribution, avoiding conflicts and maximizing efficiency. Update Slack & Pipedrive in real-time as new calls come in.
  • Reschedule, Recover, & Keep Leads Engaged – Get no-shows back on the calendar, follow up, and handle reschedules via call, iMessage, and email to keep prospects engaged and back on the calendar.
  • Engage & Convert Inbound & Outreach Leads – Respond to inbound and outreach leads within a few minutes using provided templates, customizing responses to build rapport and increase conversion rates.
  • Be the Glue Between Sales & Operations – Communicate closely with closers and sales leadership to flag potential issues, suggest optimizations, and ensure no revenue opportunity is lost.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a similar role—preferably in service-based company.
  • Ultra-responsive & fast-paced – You never leave messages unanswered, and you act immediately on follow-ups.
  • Highly organized & detail-driven – You manage schedules and follow-ups with precision, never letting leads slip through the cracks.
  • Excellent communicator & relationship builder – You can handle high-touch interactions via text, email, and phone while maintaining professionalism and warmth.
  • Tech-savvy or a fast learner – Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), Slack, Google Calendar, Zoom, etc.
  • Proactive & problem-solving mindset – You take initiative, anticipate issues before they arise, and constantly look for ways to improve efficiency.
