Job Summary
The Clinical Network Provider Requests Specialist (Remote option available) is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers on an ad-hoc basis due to the special requests and/or needs of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient
Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
Secure appointments with behavioral health providers with clients that require immediate clinical attention
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Psychology, Social Work or other behavioral health or counseling related field.
2+ years of professional business experience in a healthcare or clinical environment
Experience working in an Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry preferred
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
Ability to meet daily production expectations
