A leading digital marketing and lead generation company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing team. Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 / year DOE
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients across industries such as retail, insurance, and consumer goods
Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
Manage and nurture assigned house accounts while identifying areas for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and client engagement
Maintain accurate pipeline updates and prospecting data in HubSpot CRM
Stay informed on industry trends and best sales practices to maximize performance
Sales Development Representative Requirements
Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach
Comfortable handling high-volume outbound prospecting and follow-ups
Ability to develop and manage client relationships effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot is a plus
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Bachelor s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered
